THANK YOU :D What an interesting question. To be honest I haven’t formed a complete head canon yet but I should do this one day. To put it roughly, at first the Doctor and Amy travelled together and then one day they met John and Sherlock during one of their adventures and they said the word ‘dangerous’ and ever since then they’re a team, solving crimes across the galaxy. Sherlock and the Doctor bicker all the time and try to outsmart each other, but deep down they admire each other very much. Everybody has feelings and banter with everybody and they all love each other and they are being witty and impossible across the universe.
